A majority of patients with senile entropion have a lower eyelid pouch.

This study aimed to explore a modified method to correct the entropion and enhance ophthalmic cosmetology.

Patients with senile entropion and lower eyelid pouches, who underwent anterior fascia of tarsus tightening combined with lower eyelid pouch plastic surgery from 2018 to 2019, were enrolled in the study.

The data on operation time, postoperative effect, degree of eyelid swelling after surgery, patient satisfaction, and recurrence rate were recorded.
