In this case report, we present the management of three severely burned patients following the October 7th terrorist attack in Israel. Our objective is to highlight the role of NexoBrid® (MediWound Ltd, Yavne, Israel) enzymatic debridement [1] as a primary intervention and discuss the challenges encountered in a mass casualty setting.
